Extra Charges

1.Changes of location, either in pickup or drop-off, are allowed free of charge more than 24 hours before the pickup time. If less than 24 hours before the pickup time, changes of location, either in pickup or drop-off, will incur a SGD $12 charge payable by cash. Paying by card will incur an additional 5% service fee.

2.Change of Terminal within Changi Airport is free of charge.

3.Cancellation of flight by the airline if more than 24 hours is also free.

4.No charges for Flight diversion but please inform us if possible at least 2 hours before pickup time or flight landing.

5.Additional location is chargeable at SGD $12 per location and must be within 5 km. If more than 5km but there will be an additional charge additional charge of SGD $12 per 5km.

6. Midnight surcharge will start from 11pm Singapore time to 7am Singapore time and will be charged at SGD12.00.

7. Long distance fee of $12 for every 10km will be added for trip exceeding 30km.

8.Additional requests for the following will be charged

A. Infant Seat $15.00

B. Child/ Booster Seat $10.00

C. Bicycle Rack $25.00 hold up to 3 Bicycle

  1. 午夜附加费将从新加坡时间晚上 11 点开始至新加坡时间早上 7 点,收费为 SGD12.00。

7. 超过 30 公里的行程将每 10 公里加收 $12新元的长途费。

8.以下额外要求将收取费用

A. 婴儿座椅 $15.00

B. 儿童/加高座椅 $10.00

C. 自行车骨架服务 $25.00 可以安装3辆自行车

Refunds

Our refund policy is based on more than 24 hours before the actual pickup time. If less than 24 hours before the actual pickup time, we can’t offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, please inform us by writing which must include the date / time , passenger name / contact details, booking reference and amount to be refunded. *Note that there will be a admin fee of SGD$20 per booking cancellation.**instead of cancelling, there is an option to change the date but Nanyang Limousine must be informed 24 hours before.

Once your refund is approved . We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will also send you an email to notify you that we have successfully refunded you.

If your refund are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
