    Before you submit the booking form, some prefilled booking details may be stored in your own browser storage, including localStorage, to help refill the form and avoid repeated typing. This browser storage is specific to your device and browser. It may be cleared if you clear your browser data, use another device, use another browser, or use private/incognito mode.

    Voice or chat information may also be temporarily processed by our website backend and/or AI service provider to extract booking details and prefill the booking form.

    However, your confirmed booking enquiry is only saved into our website system and sent to Nanyang Limousine when you submit the booking form, send the enquiry, or contact us directly.

    Before submission: details may be stored mainly in your browser storage for form prefilling.
    After submission: the booking enquiry may be saved in our website system and used for quotation, booking and follow-up.

    5. WhatsApp, WeChat, Phone and Messaging Buttons

    Our website may contain WhatsApp, WeChat, phone, email or other messaging buttons.

    If you only click a WhatsApp or messaging button and do not type or send a message, we normally do not receive your WhatsApp number or message content from that click alone. However, our website may record that a button was clicked for basic website usage, service improvement or technical analytics.

    If you start typing in WhatsApp, WhatsApp may show a typing indicator according to WhatsApp’s own features.
